Police Building

As a firm that specializes in the restoration and maintenance of historic structures throughout New York City, we feel particularly privileged to serve 240 Centre Street, also known as the Police Building. This individual landmark building served as the central office of the New York City Police Department from 1909-1973, and now houses luxury apartments. Designed as a majestic city structure by renowned architects Hoppin and Koen, the domed granite and limestone building is one of the most important examples of Beaux-Arts architecture in New York.

Today we serve as the Building Architect for this iconic structure, providing design and construction review services for all potential renovation work, carefully assessing code compliance and potential impacts on the building's infrastructure.
