Reverence Capital approached Katz Architecture with a clear goal to reflect their corporate brand and identity through the renovation of their newly acquired midtown office. The project included the design of a new conference room, modifications to the elevator reception area, a build-out of a new private office, finish upgrades to managing partner offices, and improvements to air conditioning and lighting.

The renovation required careful consideration of the client's compressed time frame and their continued occupancy of the space during construction. As a result, the color palette, material, and finish choices were selected with equal consideration for cost-effectiveness, integration with existing materials, and lead times to ensure that the project was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the client's daily operations.
