Approached by other design professionals seeking our assistance, we developed management support services to help ensure the delivery of quality architecture both on time and on budget. We have developed this practice as part of our full design services and to assist other designers. Management services include: design coordination, building department and building management approvals, consultant coordination, expediting, fee tracking, bidding and negotiations, and construction phase oversight.
