With a few dozen apartment combinations under our belt, we know the ins and outs of of the apartment combination process. Urban Zen
KATZ has been retained as Owner's Representative and Architect of Record for Urban Zen, a philanthropic organization founded by Donna Karan dedicated to global healing and well being. The Urban Zen Center is located in the Stephan Weiss Studio, a 12,000 SF building in the West Village. The facility hosts ongoing programs that focus on issues in healthcare, education and culture worldwide.
